Music generation not connected
Music generation is not connected yet.
Connect the music provider
- 1. Review and approve provider costs
The integration uses Replicate’s ElevenLabs Music model for original songs and MiniMax Music Cover for style transformation. Confirm model availability, licensing and costs in your provider account before enabling anything.
- 2. Add a server-side secret
Create a Replicate API token with prediction access. In the editor’s Secrets panel, add
REPLICATE_API_TOKEN. Never paste it into a prompt, browser code or public form. - 3. Explicitly enable generation
Only after approving usage costs, add
MUSIC_GENERATION_ENABLEDwith valuetruein Secrets. Requests remain restricted to the signed-in app owner. Each generation also asks for your approval. - 4. Test a short instrumental
Sign in with the account that owns this app, check the connection, then create a 30-second track. Playback and download appear only after a real provider result.
What’s protected
- Credentials stay in server-side platform functions.
- Generation requires authenticated owner permission.
- Signed, expiring job tokens protect polling and cancellation.
- Input validation and provider error handling are built in.
- No requests run automatically and no plans are purchased.
Before public launch
Google and email-link accounts are connected through built-in Authentication. Audio uploads use built-in File Storage and are public. The music library currently lasts for this open studio session; download completed audio immediately.
Enable a relational database in the Database/Add-ons panel for private account libraries, durable generation jobs, atomic credits and rate limits. Connect an approved payment provider before selling plans. Public generation is intentionally locked until those safeguards exist.
Framework note
This platform runs React, TypeScript and Vite, not Next.js. Secure platform functions provide the server-side integration instead of Next.js API routes. A Next.js migration would require hosting outside this environment.
